Lemon Lime Zing

The Yellows.

The Greens.

The Citric Rush

It was a warm sunny day in March, an unexpected one. Soon it was the perfect moment for a refreshing surge of a cool citrus afternoon treat. Infused with fresh lemon zest and baked to light yellow fluffliness. The drizzle is a squeeze of lemon and an indulgent splash of cool elderflower cordial, the taste of spring, if there ever was one. Sprinkled with the ruggedness of Muscovado, that settles most comfortably on the crust, the brown sugar sweetens every bite, every so lightly.
